Notary Academy hosts a New Notary Commissioning  course for California State  — 6 hours long and Secretary of State approved. This gives you the opportunity to fulfill the state training requirement to gain your notary commission, with 2 online course options, in the convenience of your own home.

Notary Academy offers the choice of a 6 hour, monthly Live Session with an instructor on zoom, or a 6 hour Self-Paced Course to go back and review the course lessons as often as you need, prior to your exam. 

Our experienced instructors provide training on all of the required course materials that align with the state exam.

6 Hour Commission  Course - LIVE Session Zoom Schedule:

8:30am – Check-in

9am – 12pm – Become a California State Notary Class

12pm – 1pm – Break

1pm – 4pm – Class Resumes

Please note that we require a minimum of 72 hours to update and send your Proof of Completion. If your exam is scheduled within two business days of your request for a certificate from Notary Academy, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may cause you to miss your exam date. Please plan accordingly. While we strive to process and deliver certificates promptly, we recommend allowing sufficient time to avoid any inconvenience.

REFUND POLICY:

At Notary Academy, all sales for the 3-hour and 6-hour CA Commissioning & Renewal Courses are final, and we do not offer refunds for these courses. Please review the course details carefully before purchasing.

LIVE Zoom Courses

If you miss a Scheduled LIVE class for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the missed class to register to attend a future session. Failure to attend two scheduled LIVE classes will result in forfeit of your payment and seat in any future sessions.  You will then need to purchase a new seat to attend a future session. 

Self-Paced Courses

Due to the immediate access provided to our digital course materials, all sales for the 3-hour and 6-hour Self-Paced Courses are final. No refunds will be issued for these courses. Upon purchase, you will have access to the curriculum for 12 months.

This course is completed on your own timeline for a total of 6 hours.

Included in the course are questions to help prepare you for the state exam.

Review the content as often as needed prior to your exam.

There is no set schedule for this course and it can be taken at any time convenient to you.
