Course Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows: (California Secretary of State requirement)

Notary Academy, LLC will refund the notary class fee within 7 days of a scheduled class date to any student in full. If the cancellation is less than 7 days, the fee will not be refunded or rescheduled. You will have to reregister and schedule a new course date and time.

If you do not make the class on time and the doors are already closed, you will not receive a refund for the course and you will need to reregister for a new course.

Notary Academy, LLC will refund the class fee in full if an instructor fails to appear for the scheduled class or is more than 15 mins late. The student must call Notary Academy, LLC immediately to inform us of the situation, request a refund, and leave the premises at that time prior to class beginning.

If you fail the exam, we offer a free class and exam guarantee! This ensures that if you don’t pass the first time, you may take our class again, at no charge. You must do this within 30 days of not passing.
